It’s crucial that we are given clear and truthful descriptions of your relevant experience and current level of fitness because of the challenging nature of these expeditions. We evaluate your experience when we receive your information and respond accordingly. If we identify any areas where you might fall short, we discuss potential solutions together, including the option of a training plan to help you achieve your goals.
THE HIMALAYAN PATH offers personalized guiding services. Each expedition is unique and has many variables to that needs to be factored in. When an enquiry is submitted, we start by working closely with you to understand your objectives and then provide you with an estimate of the costs associated with your particular expedition.

We provide accommodations for the entire duration of the expedition, starting from the initial meeting point to the end. In cities, when possible, we aim to provide you with 3 or 4 star options while in remote areas with less developed infrastructure, we choose the best available option. Our base camp accommodations are comfortable and of the highest quality that can customized to suit your specific needs and preferences. We can discuss different options during the booking phase to ensure that your accommodation meets the demands of your lifestyle.

We serve high-quality, locally-sourced meals during our expeditions. We also take into account any dietary restrictions or requests that you may have, which we can discuss during the booking phase.

Yes. You need to make sure that you have a valid passport that extends well beyond the duration of the expedition because of changes in travel documentation regulations. Some countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date. Additionally, you’re responsible for obtaining any necessary visas.

Having insurance is mandatory for all of our expeditions. It’s your responsibility to obtain insurance that’s appropriate for the nature of the trip and its activities. Please do make sure that the policy you choose covers helicopter and medical rescue as well as repatriation costs.

We take care of all the transportation costs specified in the expedition program, except for the international flights to and from the destination countries. It’s your responsibility to make sure that your international flights align with the start and end of the expedition.
